The warblers in the cages chirp and sing the songs that only they can understand
Trapped in the garden, they are waiting for people’s adoration
Many look on, but few decide to patronize
Shop owners who are forced to relocate have a perplexed expression on their faces
A flock of tree sparrows come to greet their peers in front of the cages
Caged bird: My friend, I envy you for your freedom to fly
Sparrow: My friend, finding food out there is not easy
Shop owner: My friends, how I wish I can fly like you

籠裡的知查彩雀，「吱吱喳喳」的唱著只有牠們才會明白的歌
被困在花園裡，等待人們的垂青
看的人多，買的人少
被迫遷的店主們，臉上掛著複雜的神色
一隻隻麻雀蜂湧到籠前，與同類打招呼
籠裡鳥：朋友，我羡慕你能自由飛翔
麻雀：朋友，到處覓食不容易啊
店主：朋友，我想像你們能飛
